Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check website for most current information.
Clients are responsible for keeping their appointments. If you miss your appointment without giving notice, or try to cancel after your appointment start time has begun, you will be charged in full (100%) for the services/time you reserved with us.
All appointments must be held with a credit card. A non-refundable deposit is taken at time of appointment.
48-hour notice is required to avoid cancellation charge without exception as time has been reserved on the schedule exclusively for you. This can not be credited towards a future appointment.
Please arrive on time and plan for traffic/parking/weather as appointments start and end on time in order to accommodate all appointments and respect everyone’s time.
Please arrive alone. No guests, children or pets are allowed during your visit.
All new clients must complete the INTAKE FORM prior to your appointment (will be texted to you upon booking your appointment).
Please inform me if you have any changes to your health, wellness or lifestyle that may effect your session.
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
It is the responsibility of the client to read and understand these policies.
I strive to provide excellent services at all times, however, if there is ever a time when you are not completely happy with your experience, please contact me so that I can be sure to resolve your concern.
