Change your Core Belief System

 

Many people live most of their lives with false beliefs

about themselves and their fullest potential.

These belief systems have been put into place

on a conscious or unconscious level by the people

of greatest influence as they were developing from children

to adults. These are called core beliefs, beliefs that

were programmed into you without your knowledge

or approval. Some of these beliefs your ancestors

 have kindly handed known to you from one

generation to another.

Think of some of the beliefs that you have grown

accustomed to thinking about yourself on a daily

basis and ask yourself are these beliefs really yours.

How many of you have negative beliefs about

yourself that you would like to change or permanently

release? With core belief changing and replacement,

Charlotte can help you be free of these negative thoughts

by replacing them with positive core beliefs.

Examples of Negative Core Beliefs:

I do not deserve Love

I am not worthy

I am alone

It is not safe to Love

I am unhealthy

I am a failure

I can not receive Love  

I am depressed

I am a victim

I am poor

Examples of Positive Core Beliefs:

I deserve Love

I am worthy

I am surrounded by people that Love me

 It is safe to Love

I am healthy

I am sucessful

I can receive Love easily

I am happy

I am supported

I am wealthy
